Before the design process begins we will meet with you to gather all the necessary information.  Our designer will bring samples of other sites for you to view which will give you an idea of what a site in your industry usually contains.

The web designer will discuss possible design strategies for site organization, user friendly techniques and visual astetics.  By the end of the meeting we will have a clear view of your business, your web site needs and desires, and the best approach to creating the exact site you have in mind. 

We communicate with our clients to determine their needs and expectations.  After agreeing on the projects objectives the design process begins.  Completed concepts are submitted for your approval.  Once accepted, a timeline and payment schedule is agreed upon and we complete your site.  We are also able to help you with domain names and set up hosting accounts. 

Begin thinking about ...

• Spend some time surfing the web.  Look at your competitors sites as well as other sites on the web to get an idea of what you want out of your site.  While on the web make notes of what you do and do not like.
• If you do not have a color scheme or company logo, begin thinking about what you would like to represent your image.
• Bookmark sites that have styles you like.
• Collect information you may want to include on your site ... history, philosophy, details about your company or what you do.
